Our Services
We are a evening and weekend mobile service that provides you with the convenience of coming to you for your notarizing needs. We will come to your home, workplace, hospital, nursing home, assisted living, retirement centers, hotel, government building, detention facilities, parks, coffee shop or any other location of your choice. We will promise to be on time and our service will be conducted in a professional manner.
*Proper identification will be required in order to complete notification. Please see forms of ID.

$15.00 per signature fee is mandated by State of California Secretary of State. Mobile travel Fees and other fees are at the discretion of the Notary Public and are addition to mandated signature fee. Notarization fee and additional fee's are due and payable at the time of service.
*Please note that payment for travel fee’s and other fee’s will still be due even if notarization can not be completed.
Forms of Identification
The notary public can establish “Satisfactory Evidence” meaning the identity of the signer using identification documents as follows (Civil Code section 1185(b)(3) and (4)): There is reasonable reliance on any one of the following forms of identification, provided it is current or was issued within 5 years also must contain a photograph, description of the person, signature of the person, and an identifying number:
Acceptable forms of Identification include:
A. An identification card or driver’s license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles;
B. A United States passport;
C. An inmate identification card issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody in California state prison;
D. Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility; or
E. A valid consular identification document issued by a consulate from the applicant's country of citizenship, or a valid passport from the applicant's county of citizenship;
F. A driver’s license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue driver’s licenses;
G. An identification card issued by another state;
H. A United States military identification card (caution: current military identification cards might not contain all the required information);
I. An employee identification card issued by an agency or office of the State of California, or an agency or office of a city, county, or city and county in California.
Note: Social Security cards or Birth Certificates are NOT an acceptable form of ID.
